Generate a User Login Report
Objective 1. Generate a user login report.
Understanding the flow of things:
1. Log in to KMS
2. Click on Audit
3. Hover your mouse over Reports, one additional menu should pop up below.
4. Click on User Login Report. (See image below)
5. On this page you can search by filling in the available fields separately or together;
a. Start Date and or End Date
b. User
c. Access Level
6. If none of the fields are selected, a report will be generated of all the users in that
Jurisdiction that has logged in on the KMS along with the status if they were successful or not.
The report displays;
a. Full Name of user.
b. Username/email address of user
c. Jurisdiction of the user that attempted the sign in.
d. Date upon with the intent was made
e. Status of the sign in, whether successful or not. (See image below)
Note: There are options for further actions when viewing all report types;
a. You can print the report as shown in the screenshot below.
b. You can export the report in any of the 5 formats available.
c. You can view a print preview.
d. You can view how many pages the report contains.
e. You can reduce or enlarge the viewing size of the report by increments.
f. You can view the report at various sizes determined the user.
g. You can view the report in fit to page.
h. You can refresh the report.
